چکیده

We consider CSP from the point of view of the algebraic theory of effects, which classifies operations as effect constructors and effect deconstructors; it also provides a link with functional programming, being a refinement of Moggi’s seminal monadic point of view. There is a natural algebraic theory of the constructors whose free algebra functor is Moggi’s monad; we illustrate this by characterising free and initial algebras in terms of two versions of the stable failures model of CSP, one more general than the other. Deconstructors are dealt with as homomorphisms to (possibly non-free) algebras. One can view CSP’s action and choice operators as constructors and the rest, such as concealment and concurrency, as deconstructors. Carrying this programme out results in taking deterministic external choice as constructor rather than general external choice. However, binary deconstructors, such as the CSP concurrency operator, provide unresolved difficulties. We conclude by presenting a combination of CSP with Moggi’s computational λ -calculus, in which the operators, including concurrency, are polymorphic. While the paper mainly concerns CSP, it ought to be possible to carry over similar ideas to other process calculi. An Empirical Investigation of the Relation between Corporate Sustainability Performance (CSP) and Corporate Value: Evidence from Iran

This study provides an empirical evidence on how Corporate Sustainability Performance (CSP), is reflected in the corporate value. Using a theoretical framework combining Legitimacy theory, Stakeholder theory and Agency theory, a set of hypotheses that relate the corporate value to CSP is examined. For a sample of Iranian firms, 28 components with four dimensions as Community, Environment, Emplo...

Nonlinear Bending Analysis of Sector Graphene Sheet Embedded in Elastic Matrix Based on Nonlocal Continuum Mechanics

The nonlinear bending behavior of sector graphene sheets is studied subjected to uniform transverse loads resting on a Winkler-Pasternak elastic foundation using the nonlocal elasticity theory. Considering the nonlocal differential constitutive relations of Eringen theory based on first order shear deformation theory and using the von-Karman strain field, the equilibrium partial differential eq...

The effect of seminal plasma on the quality of coated ram frozen-thawed spermatozoa

Two experiments were designed to examine the effects of crude seminal plasma (CSP) exposure ofejaculated and epididymal spermatozoa before freezing. Experiment 1, two consecutive ejaculates werecollected (n=4) within 5 min, the second one was carried out in a tube containing Fiser extender (coatedspermatozoa); by centrifugation, seminal plasma was removed from coated ejaculates. The pellets wer...

A review on EEG based brain computer interface systems feature extraction methods

The brain – computer interface (BCI) provides a communicational channel between human and machine. Most of these systems are based on brain activities. Brain Computer-Interfacing is a methodology that provides a way for communication with the outside environment using the brain thoughts. The success of this methodology depends on the selection of methods to process the brain signals in each pha...

Categorically-algebraic topology and its applications

This paper introduces a new approach to topology, based on category theory and universal algebra, and called categorically-algebraic (catalg) topology. It incorporates the most important settings of lattice-valued topology, including poslat topology of S.~E.~Rodabaugh, $(L,M)$-fuzzy topology of T.~Kubiak and A.~v{S}ostak, and $M$-fuzzy topology on $L$-fuzzy sets of C.~Guido. Moreover, its respe...
